What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 check-out is before 12:00. If you expect to arrive or leave outside of these times, you can leave your luggage at our reception and enjoy the rest of the day in Ajaccio.
Can I leave the room after expected check-out time ?
If you wish to vacate the room after noon, please contact us in advance. Subject to availability, late departure (until 2pm) is possible with an extra charge.
Can I store my luggage on site after check-out ?
Yes, there is free luggage storage available.
ACCOMMODATION & SERVICES
Can I choose the type of bed in my room (double bed or twin beds)?
Yes, please contact the reception desk at booking time.
Is it possible to have a baby bed? Is it possible to add an extra person into the room considering my initial booking?
Extra beds and cots are available in the Junior Suites Sea View and the Sea View Suites upon request. This service is subject to additional charges as follows:
- free of charge for children up to and including 2 years of age
- 90 EUR per day for children over 3 years old and adults.
Do you offer sightseeing tours or excursions?
We have already established partnerships to meet this type of needs. Please contact the reception desk to do so.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
What about breakfast? At what time can we have it? What is the price? Can I have breakfast in my room?
The continental buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 and costs EUR 27 per person per day and EUR 12 per child under 13 years.
Room service for inroom breakfast is available at an additional charge (€ 10.00/ request; available from 07:00 to 10:30).
HOTEL & INFRASTRUCTURE
How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?
Without lift, the property retains a lot of its original charm with its one-storey building featuring an intimist and cosy setting immediately apparent.
Is your hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
The hotel is accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, reaching common areas from the hotel room has to be done through hotel's outside area ; common areas are accessible via an outside access ramp.

Is there parking available?
A free, private, outdoor car park is available at the hotel’s entrance.
Where can I rent a car?
Car rental companies are at your disposal at the airport.

BOOKINGS
What are the booking terms and conditions?
Upon booking, you will be asked to pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit. Booking is confirmed after receiving this.
The balance, i.e. the full price of your booking and any additional services, will be due on arrival.

How can I be sure that my booking has been confirmed?
Your booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit which is at least 30% of the total stay amount. A booking confirmation will then be sent to you.
Which credit cards can I use?
Payment cards accepted at property are: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Carte bleue, Maestro and Diners Club International
How do I change my booking?
The change fee, if any, depends on the booking made (type of accommodation, type of rate and date of change).
