CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT

  1. What time can i check in? What is the check out time?

Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 12 p.m. For guests arriving earlier than the check-in time or staying later than the check-out time, luggage storage will be provided. 

 

  1. Can i leave my room after check out time?

If you want to leave your room after 12 p.m., please contact the reception desk before your departure day. Subject to availabilities, late departure (up to 2 pm) is possible on demand with an additional fee.

 

  1. Can i store my luggage after checking out?

Yes. There is a free luggage-storage service.


ACCOMMODATION & SERVICES

  1. Can I choose the bedding type in my room (1 bed or twin beds)?

 Yes, you are invited to mention your request during your booking.

 

  1. Are there baby cots available? Can i add additional guests to an existing room booking?

Extra beds and baby cots are only available in the Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites upon request. The following additional fees apply: 
- Free of charge for children of 2 years and younger 
- 30 EUR per day for children aged between 3 and 12 years old 
- 60 EUR per day from 13 years old and for adults

 

  1. Do you arrange trips and tours?

Different types of partnerships have been developed to meet your expectations. Please contact us for more information.



FOOD & BEVERAGE

  1. What about breakfast? What time do you serve it and how much is it? Is it possible to have breakfast served in the room?

A continental buffet breakfast is available from 7:00am until 10:00 a.m. and costs 21 EUR per person, per day and 10 EUR for children under 12 years old. Extra fees apply for room service (5 EUR extra by request for in-room breakfast; available from 7:00am to 11:00 a.m.).

 

  1. Are children's menus provided?

Children also have a special menu to spoil them: children's menus for less than 12 EUR per meal (children under 12 years old only).


PROPERTY & FACILITIES ON SITE

  1. How many floors does the hotel have? Is there a lift?

The Hotel is a one-level building that’s why no lift is provided but its small character contributes to create an intimate atmosphere.

 

  1. Is the hotel adapted for guests with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, the hotel is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. We are working on it...


LOCATION & ACCESS

  1. Is there a parking area?

At the entrance of the property, you will find a private outdoor parking area, free of charge.

 

  1. Where can i rent a car?

At the airport, you will find different car rental companies. A partnership has been developed to arrange it. Do not hesitate to reach us for further information.

 

  1. We are arriving by plane. Does your hotel provide an airport transfer?

Thanks to our partner, special rates are available for our guests.

BOOKING

  1. What are the booking conditions?

Every registration must be accompanied by a payment corresponding to 30% of the total cost of your stay.

Your booking will only become effective after this deposit has been recorded. The full price of your booking plus additional services is payable on arrival. For further information, please read our Terms of sale; click on the corresponding link, also available at the bottom of each page below the navigation bar.

 

  1. How can i guarantee that my booking is confirmed?

Your booking is considered as confirmed after receiving the deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay. Your commitment therefore becomes final on payment of this deposit. After that, you will receive a booking confirmation which guarantees your booking.

 

  1. Which debit/credit cards can I use?

Cards accepted at our property are: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Carte bleue, Maestro and Diners Club International.

 

  1. How can i change my booking?

Charges may apply depending on your booking (accommodation and rate type and date of change).

Enter your email address and password and valid it.

Then, you will find all the information required about your booking.
